Jim Laffoon

Founder of the Every Nation Schools of Empowerment

Jim Laffoon served for many years on the International Leadership Team of Every Nation Ministries. He is also the Co-Founder of the Every Nation Schools of Empowerment in 2012. He and his wife, Cathy, travel throughout the Every Nation world, as well as the larger Body of Christ, ministering prophetically and pastoring leaders. He has authored several inspiring books for Christians to build deeper relationships with God. They have been married for over 40 years and live in Franklin, Tennessee, where they attend Bethel World Outreach Church. They enjoy spending time with their adult children and grandchildren.

Jim Critcher

International Director for the Every Nation Schools of Empowerment

Jim Critcher currently lives in the Washington, D.C. area where he served as the Senior Associate Pastor of Grace Covenant Church in Chantilly, Virginia for many years. He is also the International Director for the Every Nation Schools of Empowerment. A recognized prophetic voice, he and his wife, Angie, travel and minister to individuals, churches and at conferences both domestically and internationally. Prior to coming to DC, he was the Senior Pastor of Grace Covenant Church in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Jim and Angie are both professional musicians and have been married for over forty years. They happily live on a mountain overlooking the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, and enjoy their two grown children and perfect grandchildren.

Reggie Roberson

North American Director for the Every Nation Schools of Empowerment

Reggie Roberson became a follower of Christ at the age of 15. At that time he also received his call to full-time vocational ministry. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Reggie trained for vocational ministry in a joint program with Fuller Theological Seminary. Over the next 15+ years, he equipped and activated college students in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. In 2012, alongside Jim Laffoon, he co-founded the Schools of Empowerment at King’s Park International Church in Durham, NC. Reggie is currently serving as Lead Pastor for King’s Park International Church. He also travels nationally and internationally as an inspirational speaker, trainer, and prophetic voice. When asked what motivates him, he says he is passionate about helping people encounter God and equipping them for Christ-centered service. He has authored several books for believers to grow in their spiritual gifts. Reggie is married to Bomi and has three children, Nick, David, & Shiloh.

Leah Nelson Stanley

Administrative Director for the Every Nation Schools of Empowerment

Leah Stanley is a missionary with King’s Park International Church and Every Nation Ministries and serves as the Administrative Director for the Schools of Empowerment. Originally from Maryland, she grew up in North Carolina. At the age of seventeen, Jesus became real to her and she committed her life to follow Him as her Lord and Savior. Shortly thereafter, she felt the Lord call her to serve Him in full-time missions. In 2012, she graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and worked as a campus minister at the North Carolina Central University and Duke University equipping leaders and ministering to college students. At the same time, she also began working with the Schools of Empowerment, changing the lives of believers as they grow their faith for an active and tangible relationship with Jesus. In 2022, she graduated with her M.Div. in Christian Leadership from Liberty University and she also married her husband, James. Now they travel nationally and internationally, seeing hearts and lives dramatically healed and transformed by the power of Christ. Leah is a Christian author of inspirational books for adults and children.
